Shipping Locations
We currently ship only to the United States and Canada.
For the United States, we ship only to the 50 states.
We do not ship to:
- Armed Forces Americas (AA)
- Armed Forces Europe (AE)
- Armed Forces Pacific (AP)
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- American Samoa
- Northern Mariana Islands
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- Micronesia
- Any other territories, regions, or international locations
For Canada, we ship to all standard provinces and territories supported by our shipping carriers.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing times may take slightly longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada: 7–12 business days

Shipping Costs

From time to time, VeloraLuxe may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking information may take 1–3 business days to update after shipment.
If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days, please contact our support team.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
VeloraLuxe is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Delivery Delays
