Returns

Customers may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

The item may be opened or unopened, but must be returned in reasonable condition.
The item must be returned with its original packaging, when possible.
Proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt, must be provided.

Important:
Items that are excessively used, intentionally damaged, or missing essential parts not due to our error may not be eligible for a refund.


Opened / Used vs Unopened / Unused Products

Unopened & Unused Products:
Eligible for a full refund if returned within 30 days and meeting all return conditions.

Opened or Used Products:
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, any opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances, except if the item is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.

When contacting us, please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once verified, we will provide either:

A replacement product, or
A full refund

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method only
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank)

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  3. Contact your bank

Exchanges
